60 Day Return Policy

Calerie Co. accepts returns within 60 days after you receive your order.

We want your purchase to feel risk free. If you receive your product and decide it is not right for you, you may return it within 60 days of receiving it, as long as the item is not heavily used, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing important parts.

This return policy applies to physical products only. Digital products, downloadable products, guides, ebooks, online materials, or any other digital items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered or accessed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be returned in reasonable condition and should include all original parts, accessories, manuals, inserts, and packaging whenever possible.

We understand that customers may need to open, inspect, or lightly try a product before deciding if it is right for them. Because of this, items showing normal handling or reasonable light use may still be accepted for return.

However, items that are heavily used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, missing key components, or returned in a condition that prevents reasonable inspection or resale may not be accepted. Calerie Co. reserves the right to review each return and determine whether the item qualifies for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Digital products may include downloadable guides, ebooks, PDFs, online content, digital instructions, digital bonuses, or any product delivered electronically. Because digital products are delivered instantly or through electronic access, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

For this reason, digital products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once they have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or emailed to the customer.

Return Approval

Before sending any item back, customers must contact us to begin the return process. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted or processed.

To start a return, please email us at calerie.support@gmail.com with your order number, the physical item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely. Calerie Co. is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Refunds are only issued for eligible returned physical products. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error made by Calerie Co., such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

Calerie Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at calerie.support@gmail.com.

To help us review and resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos or videos showing the item, the issue, and the packaging it arrived in.

Once the issue has been reviewed, Calerie Co. may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within a reasonable period after delivery so we can properly assess the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a confirmed error by Calerie Co., such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective physical item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. Customers should keep their return tracking information until the return has been received and processed.

Calerie Co. is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipment.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and the condition of the returned physical item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return after receiving the physical item, as long as it meets the return requirements outlined in this policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund has been approved but have not yet received it, please first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your credit card provider or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
