Returns and Refunds

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, the reason for your return request, and photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Calerie Co. accepts returns on eligible physical products within 60 days after you receive your order, as long as the item is not heavily used, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing important parts. Digital products are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or emailed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a clear explanation of the problem, and photos or videos showing the item, the issue, and the packaging it arrived in.

Once we review the issue, we will do our best to provide a suitable solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order is delayed, on backorder, affected by supplier changes, or expected to take longer than normal to process, you may cancel your order at any time before it ships.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return after receiving your eligible physical product.

Response Time

Most messages are reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. During weekends, holidays, high order volume periods, or busy seasons, response times may be slightly longer.
